Mentorship is the whole thing.
Anyone can hand a student a tutorial. What changes an outcome is a person who has already done it, in the room, telling them which of their three problems actually matters this week.
Our instructors are founders, engineers, designers, and operators. Most give a few hours across a program — reviewing work, unblocking builds, and sitting on demo panels.
